- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.

- Return & Replacement Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care/cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is damaged during transit.
You received the wrong product.
The product is expired/defective at the time of delivery.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
- Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased under promotional sales or discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift cards, free samples, and trial packs cannot be returned or refunded.
